I am really nervous about my mid-term practical tomorrow.

I should not be, but I am.

This week I have practiced my cookies and corn muffins. The cookies turned out ok but I feel they spread too much. The corn muffins were lovely.

So, if you read this before 12pm tomorrow please think good thoughts for me!
