So, I start school next week and I am not all that jazzed about it.  Aside from not wanting to spend two nights a week not getting home until after 10pm, I am not sure it is worth my time anymore.

Why, might you ask?

No, I have not lost my love of baking or my desire to bake full-time.  What I lack is green.  Money.

As they said in Cabaret, Money Makes the World Go Around.  It is true.  I need money to pursue my dream and that is the one thing that I do not have enough of.  If I am serious I need to get into the industry but doing that will drastically reduce my income … and that will not work if I want to save for a down payment to get a good loan.  Or, as I was reminded, for retirement for one day I shall be truly old.

So, what’s a girl to do?  Hell if I know.
