The Gallery has been updated with items in the Spring 2008, Fall 2008, and Cake Decorating sections.  Like this cake, that I did for a family who was celebrating the adoption of their granddaughter.  It was a special day and I was so pleased to be a small part of it!

A few months ago I did a video about the horror that is Sandra Lee’s Cherry Pie.  I am posting the Semi-homemade Cherry Pie Test  and I am ashamed I did not do so MONTHS ago.  I decided since it is the Holiday season I would post this little nugget of LOL’s for you.

Recipe Time!

This has been a big week for recipes, but since I had such a long hiatus I feel compelled to pump them out!  This one is sort of a cheat, however.  It is more serving suggestion than recipe … but it is so tasty, and so easy, I don’t care! 

Fancy Cranberry Sauce

1 can whole cranberry sauce
1 can mandarin oranges
1/2 cup toasted walnuts, chopped

Combine the ingredients in a large bowl. 

Enjoy!
