I love roast chicken, and I love Asian food.

Love an easy and flavorful chicken recipe
I ready for lent to be over so that I can eat chicken again. I think the first ting I shall eat is roast chicken.

This would be absolutely marvelous cooked on a rotisserie over a grill with some hickory chips.
