I’ve never heard of pumpkin beer until now! I love puff pastry and these look so good. Really interesting how you made the mousse filling. Flavours sound wonderful.

Oh my goodness! I will have to go out and pick up a case of beer just so I can make these. Always fun explaining to the check out person that the pregnant lady is just buying alcohol for cooking and baking. It’s worth it though… These look amazing!
