You know I love chocolate, right?

What I do not love is how commercial candy is loaded with processed, synthetic, and downright yucky ingredients. So, when you love candy like I do you can either stop eating candy, or you can make your own. Guess which option worked best for me? My friend Andrew over at Eating Rules is hosting October Unprocessed again this year and thousands of people have taken the pledge to eat better and live better by cutting out the processed foods in their diets. I take the pledge every year and I love the things I learn.

I have contributed in the past, and this year I decided a sweet treat was just what was needed for Halloween! I made some tasty little chocolate truffle cups loaded with toasted coconut and a few other surprising and healthy ingredients that you would not associate with smooth, rich truffles. Want to know my secrets? You can find the complete recipe at Eating Rules! Go check it out, leave a comment, and learn more about eating the unprocessed way!

I checked out the recipe and this is something I would like to try. I avoid the yucky ingredients also so this recipe is welcomed.
