Happy Independence Day!!
If you live in the States it is time for fireworks, parades, and celebrating the birth of our nation. I am planning to spend a great deal of this long weekend in my kitchen because what celebration is complete with out some really good food?

Dang, I want to try them all! But I think I need to start with the bacon meatballs…yum.
What a spread! Those apple pies look amazing. When I looked at the recipe, my heart stopped (from joy and cholesterol) at the sight of a “butter brick”.
