How evil are my shenanigans? Not too evil, just evil enough!
I am a part-time culinary student who has a full-time passion for food – especially if that food is dessert! This passion has led me on a very tasty journey that may never end. Experiencing new global cuisines, cooking techniques, and ingredients made me want to create my own recipes for the food I love, and I want to share what I love with the world!
Food should taste good and be honest.
So, what do I like? I prefer my baked goods to be from scratch, I like to cook with fresh, local ingredients, I love grass feed beef and organic, free-range chicken, and I love all things exotic. I can’t live without my butter, vanilla beans, chili peppers, and chocolate.
In a former life I sang opera. I bellydance for fun. If I could live in any other place, I would live in Dublin, Ireland. I love reading and writing, but have more talent with the former than the latter. I may be obsessed with Nigella Lawson. One day I shall open my own bakery and you will all be invited!
I am happily married, have three dogs, I love hockey, I am a proud Texan, and I have perpetually messy house.
